Hello Sweatmongers!

I just wanted to tell you about a product that has helped me overcome my excessive sweating. I grew up as a normal kid, but once puberty hit, I noticed that after gym class I would have large sweat stains not only around my armpits also but my butt. Excessive sweating is a condition which is very embarrassing, BUT there are remedies to stop this. I have been through a few different types of books, but luckily for me I came across this one.

sssl-xs“Stop Sweating and Start Living” by Mike Ramsey changed my life, no longer am I the butt of jokes (i.e. water fountain, nervous nick) but I can walk with confidence on hot days and get involved in sports activities that previously I would be scared to do so, especially if there were girls watching. I can tell you first hand that this system works. I would suggest that you get one today if you’re tired of not being able to do the things you wanted to do because of excessive sweat. You can buy it from this website through this link.

What is included in the book?

The book covers many things that aren’t covered in most other books. I’ve learnt to see excessive sweating in a new light and have discovered new remedies that I haven’t seen before on the internet. Usually I come across the same old stuff about remedies of excessive sweating that I tried time and time again with no luck. This book was definitely a turning point for me.

The program does take a bit of routine, but after a couple of weeks that becomes a habit, and the best part it doesn’t take long. Personally I don’t mind spending a bit of time each day so that I am able to enjoy the day fully with my friends, without having to think about excessive sweating.

Does it work for everyone?

Mike Ramsey claims that over 95% of the people see positive results within weeks. I can certainly vouch for that on my side. I was definitely blown away with what he had covered and it made sense, and even more after the first week.

The following conditions are addressed in the book:

  • Underarm Sweating
  • Foot and Palm Sweating
  • Facial Sweating
  • Bad Smells made by your excessive sweat buildup.

Is it worth buying?

After I reflected back on how much I had previously spent on ‘remedies’ to cure my excessive sweating, I did have some apprehension about buying this book. however, I have not regretted this decision, who knows how much I would have spent on other ‘remedies’ if I didn’t make the choice of buying this book. I think that for the price, it is definitely a great investment in your health and the quality of your life.

I highly recommend you buy his book on his website here. Start seeing the results in the first week alone as I did, and start living your life the way you should!

Excessive sweating, known in the medical world as hyperhidrosis, can be a big annoyance and embarrassment to many who suffer from it. Excessive sweating can involve the underarms, soles of the feet, and palms of the hands. Finding the cause, or trigger, of excessive sweating can help narrow the treatment choices.

Antiperspirants you take at night work for most people…

Home remedies such as antiperspirants, particularly those containing aluminum chloride, can be tried first. If this does not help control sweating, the next step is to try a prescription antiperspirant (prescribed by your doctor) that contains aluminum chloride hexahydrate, which acts to block sweat ducts. After applying the prescription antiperspirant for up to 10 nights in a row, sweating should be reduced. In some individuals, sweating diminishes to a point where no additional maintenance treatment is needed. Of course, this option works more for individuals who have excessive underarm sweating versus those with sweating of the palms or feet.

Another potential treatment option for excessive sweating is iontophoresis, a procedure in which water is used to conduct an electric current to the skin, which in turn blocks the production of sweat. Individuals are initially treated with iontophoresis for 10- to 20-minute sessions 2 or 3 times a week. Over time, maintenance treatments are performed at 1- to 3-week intervals. Although iontophoresis sounds like it could be painful, it is not. A doctor’s prescription is required, and some insurance companies cover this procedure.
More obscure methods to reduce sweating.

Other potential ways to stop excessive sweating include use of oral anticholinergic medications, Botox, and, rarely, surgery. Anticholinergic medications are not often used because they have associated side effects such as dry mouth and insomnia. Botox is approved to treat excessive underarm sweating but not for sweating of the hands or feet, although some doctors will administer Botox to the palms and feet.

With proper treatment, individuals with excessive sweating achieve a good response.

Embarrassed because of sweaty armpits? Easy tips to reduce arm pit sweating

Sweating is the body’s natural cooling process. There are lots of reasons for excessive sweating, especially in your armpits, including physical exertion, summer heat, stress or a drop in hormones. Sweating is a normal bodily function. Just because it is normal, doesn’t mean that it isn’t embarrassing. Most deodorants on the market today include an antiperspirant. Read the label and make sure that your favorite brand includes “aluminium zirconium tetrachlorohydrex gly” or “aluminium zirconium trichlorohydrex gly” which are the most popular form of chemical antiperspirant compounds. Most antiperspirants work for about 24 hours, but if you have experienced excessive armpit sweating feel free to reapply occasionally throughout the day.

Here are some other tips to help you reduce armpit sweating:

  1. Wear clothes in light colors like white, tan or pastels. These colors reflect the light of the sun and help keep your body temperature down. Darker colors like black or brown absorb the sunlight and raise your body temperature which triggers your brain to activate your sweat glands.
  2. Choose fabrics that allow for easy air circulation like breezy cottons, or light silks and linens.
  3. Relax. Stress increases the production of sweat. Try some breathing techniques or yoga to help you keep your blood flowing and your sweat glands in check.
  4. Work out! This tip targets sweat in two ways. Not only will this help your overall health, it will also get your body used to higher temperatures before activating your sweat glands. People with excess fat near their armpits tend to sweat more. Working out will help you reduce the fat and lower your sweat production.
  5. Try taclum powder. Talc does not reduce the production of sweat but it does help absorb the sweat and those unsightly sweat stains on your favorite clothes.
  6. Avoid spicy foods. Spicy foods increase your body’s temperature which sets off the sweat glands in an attempt to cool you down. So skip the spices on that special date or before your next big meeting.

under-arm1Are you the guy in the photos who always has the wet spots under his arms? Do women cringe when you put your arm around them? Are you a woman who is afraid to wear anything but black because of your excessive underarm sweating? If you are then you know, excessive underarm sweating can be an embarrassing problem. The good news is that there are ways to treat your excessive underarm sweating so you can feel confident in every situation.

Natural Anti Antiperspirants work too!
Some natural cures for controlling underarm sweating include using a combination of baking soda and cornstarch. This will help absorb the moisture and combat the odor associated with underarm sweating. You can also control the odor of your sweat naturally by avoiding eating smelly foods such as onions and garlic.

The most common way to treat excessive underarm sweating is by using an antiperspirant. If you have tried common antiperspirants to no avail, you may need to upgrade to a higher strength antiperspirant. Your doctor can prescribe you a prescription strength antiperspirant; however, recently clinical strength antiperspirants have begun to be available over the counter.

Did you know the way you apply your anti-antiperspirant matters?

In order to use your antiperspirant effectively, you have to know how they work. The main ingredient in antiperspirants is aluminum. When you apply the antiperspirant, the aluminum clogs your sweat glands, reducing the output of sweat. Since it does take some time for the aluminum to clog your sweat glands, apply your antiperspirant as soon as possible in the day. Most over the counter clinical strength antiperspirants suggest that you apply them at night after you have showered and before you go to bed. This allows the antiperspirant to soak in and control your excessive underarm sweat.

A super effective method that stops under arm sweat and WORKS.

Alright people I know how it is to be so sub-conscious about over sweating problems – especially under the arms. I always had to constantly monitor myself to make sure my arms weren’t up and my giant pit sweat stains weren’t exposed. Luckily, after some research on the internet, I found a great method that significantly reduces the amount your sweat.

  • If you are tired of constantly having to think about people seeing your sweat spots
  • Or are sick of the way it feels to have sweaty cloths stuck to your body
  • Or are always worried that people will smell your sweat while out in public

Then I highly suggest you try this method. It is one of the very few things that worked to help cure my over-sweating problem. The great thing about this program is that it is very fast acting. After just under 2 weeks I noticed a significant reduction of sweat in my normally sweating areas. I can now be fully confident that there are no huge sweat stains under my arms!

Again, I really recommend you atleast try the method found here. It is pretty cheap, and if it doesn’t work well for you, they have a complete 60 day no questions asked guarantee.
